Smart Beginnings Western Tidewater hosts free workshops for child care providers and educators.

Smart Beginnings Western Tidewater Workshops are held on the first Wednesday and Thursday (excluding September & January) of every academic month. Workshops are to be held in Isle of Wight and Franklin, respectively. Teachers and childcare providers may register by calling 757-562-8594.
