Suffolk, Franklin, Southampton County and Isle of Wight County

Eligibility for Head Start: Children must be 3-years old by 9/30/2015.
Families interested in Head Start should contact Minnie Long at 653-9792.

Eligilibity for Early Head Start: Children served from birth to 3-years old and Pregnant Moms.
Families interested in EHS should contact Michelle Flowers at 346-8731.

2016 Smart Beginnings Western Tidewater Annual Breakfast Update
March 23, 2016

Mark your calendars for March 23, 2016. The annual breakfast update will take place at the Paul D. Camp Workforce Development center in Franklin. Smart Beginnings Western Tidewater will host a keynote speaker and honor one of our former board members. More information to come!
